Today I put Lavender in my tea!
What an experience!
Never have I ever experienced such calmness.
Lavender compliments the Rooibos Tea quite well. I really injoyed it BUT the best part was that feeling om calm flowing over me.
Defusing Lavender is totally worth it but to using it orally really made all the difference.
Note that not all Lavender oils out there are edible. It has to be 100% Pure.
